Seal Beach Fish Company is a fishermen owned restaurant. Our fish is line-caught on small boats by fishermen in California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Northwest. We catch one fish at a time, care for them with the utmost knowledge and respect for the fish and the consumer. All of our fish is processed in our state of the art cutting room. Our vision is to make premium fish accessible to our community, and to connect artisanal fishermen to the people who enjoy their catch.

Our favorite part of sourcing our fish in house is knowing exactly who caught our fish, where they caught it, and how it was cared for. Incredible! Very reasonably priced for the portions you get. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. My husband had a HUGE slab of swordfish - not dried out or over dressed. Moist, juicy, and cooked EXACTLY the right amount, no more or less. I no longer crave any other seafood restaurants, I just want to see what they make next! Oh, and when they say "local", we met the fisherman who supplied the swordfish as we were leaving!

Came in today to check out this new place. We had the Poke and Ceviche. The Poke bowl was the best I have ever had! The fish just melted in my mouth and the touch of fresh wasabi had the perfect amount heat and flavor. The Ceviche was tasty and had lots of avocado. The crunchy chips made the perfect vehicle to munch it down. The wait staff and service was also top notch.

If you want elite level seafood, look no further! Tonight was my 4th time visiting Seal Beach Fish. Each and every time I have received impeccable service and nothing but the finest and freshest seafood I've ever had! The calamari is days, not months, old. Its like biting into room temperature butter! I've had the alaskan salmon, yellowfin and albacore crudo, had to order two of the albacore tonight because it was just too good to have 1!
